"When it comes to contractors there are loads of them that talk a good game, but Joe McGinty delivers.  Over the years I have had several remodeling jobs completed by Joe and each time he has far exceeded my expectations.  

My McGinty relationship started when the house needed a new roof, when I say roof - the entire roof had to come off and be replaced.  At the time I was so nervous about having all the plywood taken off leaving my home completely exposed to the elements, but Joe McGinty took care of it and care of my home.   I felt like I struck gold with this contractor.  Since the roof replacement I’ve had Joe back to build 2nd bath room addition, remodel existing bath room, gut/remodel of garage to living space - which included breaking through the house to make it accessible to the rest of the house and the piece de resistance……the kitchen remodel.  This was a huge undertaking.     

The project was a complete gut from floor to ceiling, move a wall to make it wider, take out a wall to open up the space, install floor to ceiling cabinets… the list goes on and on.  Joe was so very accommodating with my ideas, plan changes and any questions I had. You should see my kitchen now, it is AMAZING!!!
